While taking an Advanced Photography Class, we had to create a collection of images with a title. This image is from the series I titled “The Other Side.” Today everyone is in front of a glowing screen. You can contact someone at any time, but you can’t visualize where they are at that moment. I was interested in exploring this concept of using cellphone light with its contrast in shadows and highlights on the model’s face. To bring the concept to life, I wanted the model to be in an everyday location. And so from your glowing screen, here is the other side. (1/10)
