It was a chilly winter night and we were visiting my grandparents. I was super into long exposure experimentation at the time and wanted to get some interesting shots. I took the short trek up my grandparents' dirt road to the highway and saw this shot before me. It took a lot of guess and check with focus and exposure, and then once I had that locked in I had to wait for a few cars to pass by to grab the light paint.
