Growing up, I’ve never been a good runner but at the age of 15 I started running more and more just because it was my way of freeing my mind from all my negative thoughts. Unfortunately a few years later I got hurt and never really recovered so I stopped running. These days, I don’t run that often but when I’m out in the mountains facing stunning landscapes I can’t resist on going for a run. This morning, the empty road going around the mountain was just perfect. Even if it was cold, even if it hurt, I couldn’t stop.
