I usually always sit by a window when travelling on a plane to capture some nice shots from high above but this one particular time the weather was very hazy, I started looking for other ways to photograph and this elderly man in front of me stared out as if into the abyss with a somber look and made me think of capturing it in black and white. Who knows what was on his mind, either longing to come back home, or maybe the opposite?
