This 730-foot bridge was originally constructed in 1915 over the Dungeness River in Sequim, Washington. It served the timber industry until 1985 when it was abandoned. Later, it was converted into a hiking-biking trail through the donations of local residents. This particular section is called the Dungeness Trail and is in partnership with the Washington State Dept of Natural Resources. Every Christmas it is decorated.
