Cabo de la Vela or Jepirra in the wayuu people’s language is a place on the north of the south american continent where the winds is always blowing, due to this is a desertic area, nothing grows there and there are barely people living in there. Their main income is tourism and raising goats. Years of corruption from government made this place look like it was frozen in time, where is really difficult to find electricity and water there is just a police station, that’s the only building from the government present.
