Today I was on a market where just a few tourists are, it‘s more one for locale people. I never saw anything like this before. It was so insane. So many new things and smells (not only great ones). I never see so much meat on one place before. I need some time to manifold my impressions aside. They have a much other thinking of hygiene and protection of animals than we in Europe have. On many stands were dead animals (chickens for example) on tables and on cages below there were the living ones. This day will change my entire thinking about food (not only meat), that’s for sure.
