My sister and I were walking along Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo, Manila when we saw this. We were both mesmerized with these colorful lanterns and were reminded of the scene in Tangled when Rapunzel and Eugene were singing I See the Light while riding a boat and looking at the lanterns.
