Rail
I was shooting photos with my family one day in New Hampshire, but was not getting exactly what I was looking for. My uncle, sensing my frustration, tapped me on the shoulder and said “Why don’t you just try shooting the rail from a really low angle?” This is the shot. It’s a reminder to me to always be receptive to creative input and different ideas. I’m happy I was open to suggestion; I probably wouldn’t have gotten this shot if I wasn’t. I’ve taken this lesson with me and spend a lot of time sharing the value of critique and collaboration with my colleagues and creative friends.
