Bright Rose-ringed Parakeet Alexandrinus krameri is fed on trees and found in gardens, parks, and wooded areas. Nests in cracks and holes in structures. If silent, they readily missed it because of its vivid green plumage, which fits in well with greenery. Note the male's short black-and-pink neck ring, long, slender tail, and red bill. This bird is originally from Africa & South Asia. You are viewing a Rose-ringed Parakeet bird sitting on a stick in a cage. This photo is originally-captured by Saqib Iqbal Digital somewhere in Pakistan.
