Taken from a father-son helicopter ride all over Portland, OR. My dad was hospitalized on Father’s Day this year, which was when we were going to fly. The company let us reschedule and took the doors off of the chopper as a way of saying thanks for not canceling outright. This shot is looking east over the Columbia River - to the right is the Willamette, which snakes it way back into downtown Portland.
