I’m pretty sure this is a UK Wolf Spider, but I’m not 100%. Where my Fiancée’s back garden has been modified so much recently, theres a pocket between the ground and a new wall that these spiders seem to just congregate in. Every summer there are probably about 10 all running around on the decking carrying their egg sacs on their back. I’m not particularly a fan of spiders, at all really, but it is pretty cool seeing their face close up like this - especially when they’re just chilling between the grooves in the decking.
