Our trip was very unplanned once we got to New Mexico. After talking with some locals, we made the 6 hour drive down to White Sands National Monument as a last minute decision. What we did not realize was how beautiful this spot was going to be in real life. I have traveled quite a bit, but I have not seen the whole world. However, this is on of my favorite spots that I have encountered so far in life. With more planning next round, I definitely will be doing a camping trip in these beautiful, white sands.
