It was a May afternoon when this shot was captured. The subject’s feet were slipping in the damp grass, and her best friend – one that had already graduated the year prior – was on location to celebrate and lend a hand. Graduation gowns bring the best of everyone, but often, we need a helping hand to navigate the day. It’s very reminiscent of the high school experience – it can’t be done alone.
