I am an individual who recently got diagnosed as being on the neurodivergent spectrum. In a world full of neurotypical, my mind was never on the same wavelength, it always felt different, much like the “pin-wheels” in this image, colourful & unique… but with same gnawing feeling of spinning out of control. It is weird how I relate more to these inanimate objects, yet how perfectly they can describe how I feel. To all my fellow neurodivergent people, don’t let the world try to fit you into a mould that isn’t meant for you. Shine bright, let the world know being different isn’t a bad thing.
