Time to Reflect. I took this picture on Elafonisi beach for the Health & Wellness Challenge. After a good Yoga session we just got into the mud and suddenly saw this beautiful reflection. Yoga is about the connection with yourself and we just loved that this photo can enhance that empowering feeling.
