Using Forgotten Real Estate: Farm Walls

In 2013 we built the world’s first aquaponic green wall. It ran an grew crops, but we knew we could improve it. The Laramie Farm Wall was our revised project: Altitude Chophouse & Brewery allowed us to use a blank, boring wall and transform it into a farm. They used the fresh basil, fennel, bok choy, and lettuce in their locally sourced dishes. It has become a summer tradition to used this wall as a garden.
