There are not many things that you can have for free especially in such an expensive city as New York. This Manhattan view is up for grab from a ferry trip to/from Staten Island. Costs nothing and gives 30 minutes of pure pleasure admiring not only Manhattan but also the Statue of Liberty that it passes by.
