I was traveling around eastern Europe, I lived with some locals and together we visited this extremely authentic gypsy-market in Huedin, Romania. Local farmer fought for years to get an own market hall where they could sell their own home-grown organic food apart from all the imported veggies which were formally sold there. Despite that I was simply exited about the aesthetic quality of those onions.
