The anatomy of a splashing raindrop

A storm came from almost nowhere, while I was in Florida. I was hoping to capture some of the lightning during this thunderstorm but when I saw the raindrops hitting the railing, it was a perfect opportunity to capture the moment of impact and the varying results you see.
