Another turn at Lyon

I have always believed that the true way of traveling is to land in a city and explore it entirely on foot. I tested it during the month I went backpacking in Europe, and it was near sunset when I came across the most typical of Lyonese views, the blend of old and new, the hillside buildings rising against urban elements of the city. Every time I see this picture, I am reminded of how stopping and staring at a view leads to some of the most breath taking moments of one’s life. This was Lyon, I was alone and it was the best time of my life.
