I composed “1 Second Everyday” to create a series of videos capturing each day of my year in 2017. Since then, I’ve recorded at least a couple of seconds every single day. This practice has been life-changing. I realized how little time I have on this beautiful planet and that each video could be my last. It has driven me to see and try as much as possible and not waste time on negative people. I highly recommend documenting your life. Remember, you are the main character in your story.
