Beauty and the Beast

This shot was taken on my road trip from Germanys highest mountain to Venice. Normally this place is full of tourists, but at 6 in the morning I had the whole scenery for myself … absolutely no one else was there. It’s still an incredible beautiful place but nevertheless its sad to see that the time when the glaciers’ height almost reached the steps is long ago.
