It was our second day on the road with no plan. We decided to visit a remote lake that we’ve seen on the map. We reached the destination just before the sunset and we enjoyed watching the sun disappearing behind the mountains. Suddenly we realized it’s getting darker and we still had no place to stay. We decided to play it nice and ask at a cottage that was just right next to the lake. An elderly woman opened the door and let us park our car and tents on the parking spot next to the house. “You can stay - but no party.”
