As a twenty-something living in New York City, Brunch used to be a BIG part of my weekend. But, of course, I completely took it for granted. Since becoming a parent, the juggling involved in arranging a carefree afternoon is so intense it’s just not worth it. Brunch has become a thing of the past. And I’ve completely romanticized it. In this photo, I was trying to re-capture that feeling of having everything you need and want at your finger tips and zero time limit in which to finish it. I forgot the mimosa though. Or maybe I drank it…
