This photo was taken on an industrial street in SE Portland, OR. The Tea company keeps their walls graffiti free by keeping them painted but they do not have control over the dumpster owned by the garbage company. Interesting contrast between the urban graffiti and the clean wall. Notice the warning sign letting people know we will see you paint our wall.
