Travelled down to Dorset as I had heard that mid December was the best time to get the sun rising through the arch. The weather was forecast to be terrible on Saturday but having made the trip I headed out in the morning anyway. The trek from Lullworth Cove in the dark and fog was disconcerting and relatively tough given how steep it is. I finally made it to the beach and unsurprisingly, had it all to myself.
