This shot was taken in Tagong, in China’s Sichuan province. The hostel I stayed at sits just beside a monastery. All day Tibetan Buddhists walk around it holding their prayer beads. I love people watching so the grounds of the hostel were the perfect hang out. In this photo I particularly like the way the dark foreground contrasts with the colours of the monastery, perimeter wall and lady’s clothing.
