sun shining over mountain ranges

Hiking toward the summit of Mt Evans in Colorado during August, we spotted this view as the sun went down in the west. The atmosphere was perfect at the time because northern Colorado was covered in a thick haze from all the wildfires in the northwest. The sun came in and out of the clouds, giving us plenty of time to take photos as the sunbeams moved accross the mountains below.
