We were driving home to Texas from our road trip to California and decided to make a detour to White Sands National Monument in New Mexico. We were mainly taking photos of each other, but for a moment we all separated to experience this natural wonder for ourselves. One thing I noticed above all else is the beautiful sculptures the wind made with the white gypsum sand. A human would take a considerable amount of time to recreate something the wind forms in a few seconds.
