Me and two friends drove 3.5 hours from Salt Lake City to Vernal to go to a small obscure canyon in the middle of nowhere surrounded by oil fields to photograph the Milky way for the new moon. We drove home around 4am and I went straight from the car to my first morning class at the U of U. We saw an alarming amount of roadkill that night.
