Cannot get enough of lilac at the moment. In a seldom visited corner of a local garden (my daughter calls it the Secret Garden), there’s a whole bank of lilacs and forget me nots at the side. It’s heady with scent and even Boo who usually takes a few moments of getting into visiting a garden, turned to me immediately, wide eyed and whisper-shouted IT’S ALL SO BEAUTIFUL.
