Try and get here early to find a parking spot :) After a 3 hour drive down from San Francisco, we arrived and the road was closed to full capacity. So we tried hiking down, then the ranger stopped us, I guess pedestrians aren’t allowed to hike down the main road. We spent almost an hour waiting, trying to find ways to sneak past him, and nothing worked. So we got back in the car to give it one last try. Out of nowhere the ranger let us and 5 other cars in (out of at least a couple hundred). The timing was perfect, we never thought we’d see this, definitely one of my luckiest moments.
