red and green birds of paradise

Heliconia ‘Sexy Pink’ is one of my favorite tropical flowers. The flowers have a beautiful combination of colours, plus a waxy surface which gives them a chalky pastel appearance, the flower head can hang down as much as a metre long, and to top it all off it has an unbeatable name!
