Zaanse Schans is a place everyone needs to visit when in the Netherlands and by golly it’s beautiful. We walked about 30 minutes just admiring everything and enjoying the cool and windy air. We took every breath in with serenity and peace that only nature can provide. I sat by the river just watching the birds and people passing by and I didn’t want it to end.
