We were on a float plane tour of the ice fields around Juneau, Alaska. I knew our time in the air was limited, so I did my best to capture as many angles as possible from the co-pilot’s seat. The blue hue of the water below is caused by minerals in glacier runoff. This photo captures the feeling of being above the majesty of Alaska and the essence of this adventure.
