I am a set costumer for a various tv shows and movies in California, and the best part about going to work is seeing the sun rise. Typically, we are on stages, but every once in a while, you go on location and you carry all of your gear up to the set, in this case, it was a mansion in the Malibu hills. While I was a waiting for my actors to arrive to the set, I saw this tree and felt it necessary to photograph it. The sky was a unique shade of turquoise and the pinks popped so nicely. It is a reminder that no matter how hard your days are, there is beauty to be found everywhere.
