This is a male Blue Dasher dragonfly sitting atop a night-blooming tropical waterlily called Rojjana Ubol. Night-blooming daylilies typically open at dusk and close at mid-morning on the next day. But this day had been overcast, with a twilight feel, and the Rojjana Ubol were lulled into opening early.
