Cascais was a real discovery for me... After a dynamic and full of tourists Lisbon, it seemed like a toy-town on the ocean coast or a backdrop for a film about vacation of celebrities on the Cote d'Azur in 50ies)) Here everything is unrealistically sweet and cozy, super-narrow streets with two-story houses, pavements laid out with patterned tiles, people walking slowly along the embankment. From the beach you can see the beautiful Fishing Harbor with colorful boats swinging on turquoise waves, and snow-white gulls flying in the sky. In such places it seems that time is slowing down and heavy thoughts disappear from your head... you come into with the world✨
