I took this from the lift at Alta Ski Resort in Utah. My two oldest boys, 12 and 10 are learning to ski. Like many brothers, they are friends, but struggle to get along at times. This was a moment where I watch one older brother put an arm around a younger brother that was struggling to keep up. It made me a proud father. Empathy and kindness I think are the greatest things we can help our children develop.
