Climbing up Mt. Rainier, we had only just begun when we realized, it’s wildflower season. There were wildflowers everywhere, and I mean everywhere. For a few short weeks in August, there is a bounty of them. And we got to see it! Of course, to get this photo, I had to bend down and snap it quickly, before moving on with the rest of the group. Never travel with non-photographers.
