One of our stops in the Philippines was at an apparent “sand bar” - a strip of sand in the middle of the ocean. Sad to say that due to the weather and high tide, the area of the sand bar was as small as it could be. Once we got off the boat, my girlfriend drifted off to the vast ocean to take in the view. I thought this was a good shot because it somehow reminded me of human vs nature; also because we just graduated from university, it somehow reminded me of entering into the real world; one person against the whole world.
