Portrait of me, Aaron Thomas, at the end of my 3 weeks working as a chef at Restaurant Gaa. Working in the kitchen has been a lifelong dream - the smells, the culture, the camaraderie are all amazing but what makes it most special is the general curiosity and experimentation of food.
