The joy to find in Osaka, the smell of a Neapolitan coffee. I was returning to the hotel, after a day visiting the city, while I noticed a smell of coffee. So, as a good Neapolitan, I couldn't resist to the temptation of discovering where that smell comes from. Turning the corner, I saw this little local full of coffee beans. The old man is the owner and he's an expert of coffee roasting. When I came back home, I've discovered that it's so rare finding out people who still could prepare by hand the coffee. This discovery made this shoot so magical and interesting!
