On an unfamiliar trail on the Juan De Fuca, we found ourselves picking up the pace trying to make our way to the coast by sunset. We could see the shadows starting to grow and the breeze start to pull in. We knew we were close, but still the shore was out of sight. With cameras in hand, ready for action, we finally stumbled upon the sand just in time for this magical lighting. This photo takes me back to adventure; a time of triumph and a night filled with memories.
