Frozen Gullfoss

Gullfoss (The Golden Falls) is one of Iceland’s most beautiful and without a doubt Iceland’s most popular waterfall. We took this photo on a cold January afternoon when visiting Iceland. One wall of the waterfall was completely covered in Ice whilst the water still continued to flow. Even the bitter Icelandic winter couldn’t stop the power of the Gullfoss Falls.
