During the summer, thunderheads build over the mountains and as the day ends, storms move down into the desert floor. We call it Monsoon season. Somedays the rain never gets here, other times the storms are blah, but sometimes they are doozies. When I saw these clouds moving down from Yarnell, I ran to get this picture and then went home to start building an Ark.
