Quarantine centres (Community Isolation Facility) beside Kai Tak Cruise Terminal in Eastern Kowloon.The construction method is called MiC(Modular integrated Construction), that means the cubicles are made in the factory and combined on site to speed up the construction process. Such buildings are designed and constructed in China. The construction company is also a Chinese company originated in Mainland China. There're about 2000 units in this Community Isolation Facility.The workers are busy finishing up to prepare for the next outbreak of Covid 19 pandemic at any time in the city.
