At the end of August, beginning of September I really enjoy baking. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth and I’m not naturally good at it so the rest of the year I’m like, “Meh.” But in the Fall I find it irresistible. The warm, spicy scents that waft through the apartment make me feel safe. Cozy. And optimistic. Happy Fall!
