An early snow came through the Rocky Mountains of Colorado this week, and I was able to capture vibrant golden aspen trees surrounded by snow covered pine trees and an ominous mountain backdrop. I shot this from Muddy Pass in Vail, Colorado after taking my 4x4 through miles of sketchy muddy roads. Worth it!
